By using our website, contacting us, requesting a quote, making a booking, submitting payment, or using our travel services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

iTravelBest provides travel planning and booking assistance for leisure travel, business travel, group travel, flight bookings, hotels, tours, Umrah packages, Hajj-related travel assistance where applicable, and other travel services. 

Our office is located in Plano, Texas, and services may be provided by appointment, phone, email, website inquiry, WhatsApp, or other communication channels. 

  1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not: 

  • Use the website for fraudulent activity 
  • Submit false or misleading information 
  • Attempt to damage, hack, or disrupt the website 
  • Copy website content without permission 
  • Misuse forms, chat tools, or communication features

Travel prices, package details, hotel availability, flight availability, visa requirements, taxes, fees, and travel dates may change at any time. 

Any quote provided by iTravelBest is subject to availability and supplier confirmation. A quote does not guarantee final price or availability until booking is confirmed and required payment is received. 

Package details may include services provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, visa service providers, or local agents. 

  1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until: 

  • Required traveler information is received 
  • Required deposit or payment is received 
  • Supplier availability is confirmed 
  • Airline, hotel, tour, or package confirmation is issued 
  • Any required documents are submitted on time 

iTravelBest is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by the traveler. 

  1. Traveler Responsibility

Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that all travel information and documents are accurate and valid. 

This includes: 

  • Correct spelling of names as shown on passport 
  • Valid passport 
  • Visa eligibility 
  • Travel permits 
  • Vaccination or health requirements where applicable 
  • Airline baggage rules 
  • Transit rules 
  • Destination entry requirements 
  • Return travel requirements 
  • Travel insurance decisions 
  • Arriving at the airport on time 
  • Following airline, hotel, tour, and government rules 

iTravelBest may assist with travel planning, but the traveler remains responsible for meeting all travel requirements. 

  1. Passport, Visa, Umrah, and Hajj Requirements

For international travel, Umrah, Hajj, or religious travel, passport and visa requirements may vary based on nationality, destination, airline route, travel dates, and government rules. 

iTravelBest may assist with guidance or document support, but we do not guarantee visa approval, entry approval, permit approval, or acceptance by any government authority. 

Government rules, Saudi travel rules, airline rules, visa processing timelines, and documentation requirements may change without notice. Travelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate documents within the required timeline. 

  1. Payments and Deposits

Payments may be required in full or in installments depending on the type of booking, package, airline ticket, hotel, tour, or supplier rule. 

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on supplier terms and package conditions. 

By making payment, you agree to the pricing, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and supplier terms provided at the time of booking. 

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific airline, hotel, tour operator, visa provider, transportation provider, package supplier, and booking terms. 

Some bookings may be: 

  • Non-refundable 
  • Partially refundable 
  • Changeable with fees 
  • Non-changeable 
  • Subject to supplier penalties 
  • Subject to administrative or processing fees 

iTravelBest will assist with cancellation or refund requests where possible, but final refund decisions are controlled by the applicable supplier. 

Processing times for refunds may vary. Service fees, processing fees, visa fees, supplier fees, and administrative fees may be non-refundable. 

  1. Changes to Bookings

Changes to travel dates, traveler names, routes, hotels, flights, package details, or services may be subject to availability and additional charges. 

Name changes may not be allowed by airlines or suppliers. Travelers must carefully review all booking details before confirmation. 

  1. Airline, Hotel, Tour Operator, and Supplier Rules

Many services offered by iTravelBest are provided by third-party suppliers. These suppliers may have their own terms, rules, conditions, cancellation policies, baggage policies, refund rules, and liability limitations. 

By booking through iTravelBest, you agree to follow the terms and conditions of all applicable suppliers. 

iTravelBest is not responsible for supplier actions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service changes, overbooking, strikes, weather disruptions, operational issues, or other matters outside our control. 

  1. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travelers consider travel insurance to help protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, travel delays, or other covered incidents. 

Travel insurance coverage depends on the insurance provider and policy terms. iTravelBest does not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, or reimbursement. 

  1. Health, Safety, and Travel Risks

Travel involves risks, including weather events, illness, delays, accidents, political conditions, crowd conditions, government restrictions, airline changes, and other unexpected issues. 

For Umrah, Hajj, and group travel, travelers should be physically prepared for walking, crowds, schedule changes, and religious site conditions. 

Travelers are responsible for reviewing health and safety requirements before travel and consulting appropriate professionals when needed. 

  1. Package Itinerary Changes

iTravelBest and its suppliers may adjust itineraries when needed due to flight schedules, hotel availability, transportation conditions, government rules, weather, crowd management, religious site access, or other operational reasons. 

We will try to provide comparable alternatives when possible. However, exact itinerary timing, hotel arrangements, transportation schedules, and tour details may be subject to change.

The content on this website is provided for general information and promotional purposes. We try to keep information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all content, prices, package details, availability, or travel information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
